(Fruity Quark)
8 ounces (about 1 cup) Lowfat Quark
5 ounces (about 3/4 cup) Plain or Vanilla Yoghurt
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Package Vanilla-Sugar
1 cup Fresh Fruit
Mix together quark, yoghurt, lemon juice, and sugars. Prepare fruit by washing and cutting it into small pieces. Mix fruit into the quark mixture.
