(Quark & Peach Dessert)
8 ounces (about 1 cup) Lowfat Quark
1/2 cup Milk or Peach Juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 package Vanilla Sugar
Juice from 1 Lemon
1/2 cup Whipping Cream
2 Peaches (halved and stones removed)
4 tablespoons Egg Liquor
Beat whipping cream until stiff. Remove around 4 teaspoons of whipped cream and set aside. This will be used to garnish the final dessert.
Mix quark, milk(or peach juice), sugars, and lemon juice. Fold the remaining whipped cream into the quark mixture.
Divide quark mixture into 4 dessert glasses (or bowls). Top each with a peach-half, then with a teaspoon full of whipped cream. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of egg-liqeuer onto each dessert.
