Butterbrot with Left-Over Pork or Beef Roast Slice of fresh rye bread
Butter
Slices of Pork or Beef Roast
Sauce from the Roast
1 Egg
Heat up the slices of pork or beef roast and the sauce. Also, fry the egg.
Spread a good amount of butter on the slice of bread. Top with slices of roast. Pour some warm sauce over the meat and bread. Top with fried egg.
