Tomaten-Basilikum-Quark
(Tomato Basil Quark Sauce)
1 cup Lowfat Quark
Sundried Tomatoes or Dried Tomatoes in Oil
2-3 tablespoons Milk
Fresh Basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dice tomatoes and mix into quark. Mix in milk - for a thicker consistency mix in only 2 tablespoons milk; for a thinner consistency add 3 tablespoons milk. Chop the basil leaves and add to quark. Season with salt and pepper.
Goes well with a fresh baguette, pasta, and grilled meats.
