Sauerkraut-Spätzle Pfanne
(Sauerkraut-Spätzle Stir Fry)
10 oz Spätzle
1 small bottle/can Sauerkraut (ready made)
5 slices cooked Ham, cut into small pieces
1 small Onion, finely chopped
Oil or Butter
Cook Spätzle. In the meantime, add oil or butter to a frying pan. Cook onions until transparent. Mix in ham. Drain Sauerkraut in a colander. Mix in Sauerkraut and cooked Spätzle. Serve hot.
For a variation, mix in some shredded cheese and allow cheese to melt.
