(Hot Apple Cider)
4 cups Dry White Wine
4 cups Apple Cider
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch of Ground Cloves
Pinch of Cardamom
Honey, to taste
Combine wine, apple cider, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom in a cooking pot. Heat but do not boil. Add honey, to taste. Serve hot.
