1 small can Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Cream
1 cup Sour Cream
1 lb Gouda Cheese, grated
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped (or Garlic Powder)

Prepare Fresh Spätzle or cook dried Spätzle according to package instructions.

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a bowl, mix together Spätzle, ham, tomatoes, garlic, cream, and sour cream. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.

Add mixture to a casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
