Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Wash rhubarb and cut into 1 inch long pieces. Arrange rhubarb pieces in the Short Dough Base. Combine cream, eggs, sugar, and pudding powder. Mix just until smooth. Pour evenly over rhubarb. Bake cake for 30-35 minutes. |
