Quarkkeulchen

Quarkkeulchen are a specialty of Saxony (Sachsen). They are sweet, flat dumplings, which are pan fried in butter or oil. They are made from 2/3 boiled potatoes and 1/3 Quark.

Boiled potatoes, Quark, eggs, flour, sugar, and cinnamon.

Serving Suggestions
Quarkkeulchen are traditionally topped with cinnamon sugar and served with apple sauce and coffee.
