Butterbrot with Egg, Tomato and Cheese Slice of Fresh Bread
Butter
Tomato Slices
Onion Slices
1 Egg
Slice of your favorite cheese
Pepper and Oregano, to taste
Spread a good amount of butter on the bread. On top of that, place slices of tomato and onion. Season with pepper and oregano. Top with a slice of cheese. Fry the egg, and while it is still hot, place it on top of the sandwich - this will melt the cheese nicely!
