Eiergrog
(Egg Grog)
1 Egg Yolk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/3 cup Boiling Water
1/3 cup Rum
Add the egg yolk and sugar to a tea cup, mug, or tea glass. Mix until creamy.
In a small cooking pot, combine water and rum. Bring to a boil.
Slowly stir the hot liquid into the egg mixture.
