Walnuss - Makronen
(Walnut Macaroons)
4 Egg Whites
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons Sugar
2 cups finely chopped Walnuts
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form - drizzle in sugar during beating. Combine walnuts and cornstarch, then fold into egg whites.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using two spoons, place small mounds of cookie dough on the baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.
