4 tablespoons chopped Walnuts
1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
1 Vanilla Bean
3 ounces (80g) Sugar

Wash apples and cut out the cores. Stuff each apple with Marzipan.

Bake apples 15 minutes for smaller apples to 35 minutes for very large apples.

Slice the vanilla bean open and scrape out the vanilla seeds.

Add cream, sugar, and vanilla seeds to a pot, mix until sugar is disolved, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and allow cream to cook until it has reduced in volume by half.
