Serviette Dumplings
Also Known As: Serviettenknödel
Serviette dumplings are bread-based dumplings. What makes them unique is that instead of being formed into ball-shaped dumplings, the entire dough is rolled into a cloth and boiled this way. Once cooked, the dough is sliced into portions.
