Butterbrot with Handkäse and Ham

Slice of fresh bread
Handkäse, Harzer Käse (Roller), or Mainzer Käse
Slices of Ham
Onion Slices
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Butter

Spread some butter on the slice of bread. Slice the cheese, then place on top of the buttered bread. Top cheese with slices of ham. On top of this, add the onion slices. Season with salt and pepper.
