Fast Relief for Dry Skin - Glysolid Skin Cream

Kokos - Marzipan - Makronen   (Coconut-Marzipan-Macaroons)

3.5 oz Marzipan
1 Egg White
1 cup Coconut
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Zest and juice from 1 Lemon
4 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Chop the Marzipan into small pieces and mix into the egg white. Add coconut, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice, and mix until combined.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using two spoons, place small mounds of cookie dough on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow cookies to cool completely.

Melt chocolate in the microwave. Depending on how much chocolate you want on the cookies, you can dunk the top of the cookie in the chocolate or you can drizzle some chocolate over each cookie.
